Threads:

1. Post at the right place: Users are requested to post in the right category within the forums. While there is no serious offence for the same, continuous behavior will result in a warning. Please keep the forum as organized as possible.

2. Posting Links: We take no responsibility of links provided in the forums which takes your to other site than wecode.in. However, we will be moderating these links and edit/delete if we find out to be potentially dangerous. A person posting a link to a potentially dangerous website will be issued warning and in the worst case will be banned.

Images

1. Hotlinking Images: Users are requested to put a thumbnail of an image which hotlinks to the original image. No direct images shall be posted on the forum. Large images cause the forum pages to be displayed incorrectly or slowly for some members. Direct images will therefore no more be allowed on the forum. Note that you will have to take the full responsibility for the images they link to.

2. Avatar: An avatar is an image which is placed besides your username. This Avatar can be used to display their creativity or just to make your mark in the forums. The forum supports uploading of avatars. An avatar dimension cannot exceed 120 x 120 pixels and should be less than 20 KB. While, we do allow dynamic avatars, we discourage this since they are larger in file size and often distracting with reading posts. Again, obscene or disturbing images cannot be used for this purpose.

3. Signature: A signature can be used to display your creativity or just to make your mark in the forums. While we do allow dynamic signatures, we strictly discourage this since it is visually jarring and could distract other users of the forum. Signatures that heavily utilize system resources will be deleted immediately. The maximum the file size should be less than 50KB. Again obscene or disturbing images cannot be used as signatures. You can use more than one image your signature provided that these multiple images do not exceed the limit specified. The forum doesn't support uploading of signature, so your signatures would need to be hosted on another server such as imageshack.us. Also, the original signature can be swapped or replaced by another inappropriate picture by the owner of the image or the site you have linked to. We expect you to take full responsibility for the images you post.
