Isnt there any Microsofty who _actually_ knows something about registry ?

I AM DARN SURE IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO IN REGISTRY.

I emailed 2 MVPs. One said it has nothing to do with registry
I've googled like mad and found no documentation about it anywhere.

and I strongly believe it has something to with this.

I've tried almost every combination I could with browserFlags and ExploreFlags. and I've restarted PC every time to see if _restart was needed for changes to take effect, even when I know restarting explore alone could do the trick.

I also tried monitoring registry using process explorer and found Nothing

am more pissed off on Microsoftys. Here, on MS Connect they are asking to post on Internet Explorer connect forum. I mean WTF again ?
I myself have IE8 on Windows Vista and it works fine there.

THERE MUST BE A WAY !
